We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our recruitment company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for this role. Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with business partners, customers and leads
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar setting
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
