Dubai, UAE Randstad MENA Supply Chain business division is growing and we're looking to expand our team even further.
We are currently looking to hire an experienced, organised and ambitious Recruitment Consultant who is going to exceed client’s expectations; if you have an understanding of the Supply Chain/Procurement market this will give you a great advantage.
This role will not suit a typical recruitment consultant.
Recruitment is a challenging business; Randstad will offer you the full support and infra-structure to succeed.
You will have access to all the major job boards, industry leading recruitment software and most importantly Randstad is a great brand, Our Middle East office has the local knowledge you need, but we also have the support & structure to help you on an international basis through our global parent company.

Job Skills Based in our Randstad office Dubai and working closely with the Principal Consultant for this unit, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and placing candidates with both our existing clients or by different techniques of business development activities. The successful candidate will effectively sell and market themselves as the specialist in their respective area, market the company and services we offer, and will build a solid candidate and client database of highly qualified professionals.
You must be Career focused - you have to know what you want from your career in the short, medium and long term, with at least 3 years Recruitment experience, a consistent performer with strong negotiation skills and a proven solid and excellent track record in achieving targets.
