Your Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to drive product and service adoption across the region.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and expectations for team members.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Negotiate and close large-scale contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and service levels.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer support.
- Coordinate with other regional manager to share best practices and align on company-wide goals.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Track regional performance metrics, including sales revenue, pipeline activity, and team performance.
