The Role:

To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills; knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Diploma.


• 3 years training or supervisory experience.


• Spoken English & Arabic.


• Competencies such as; Training need analysis; Ability to develop training package; Training delivery/ communication skills; On job training ; Coaching skills; Analytical skills; Giving constructive feedback; Good team player.
