Registered Nurse

SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and guiding patients through their recovery process. As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and provide education to patients and their families. Core Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
