Job Title: Registered Nurse Home Care

Job Summary: Al Reem Group is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication use, and care plans.
• Perform wound care, post-operative care, and other specialized nursing duties as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support and patient advocacy as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Monitor and manage patient equipment, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for patient care.

Qualifications:

• DOH licensed Registered Nurse is a must
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and standards
• Immediate availability preferred
