Registered Nurse (For a registered home care facility)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Care Planning:Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients in their homes.
• Skilled Nursing Interventions:Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and monitoring of patient conditions.
• Patient Education and Support:Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Coordination of Care:Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services.

Job Skills:

• Valid DHA License asRegistered Nurse (RN) license in Dubai.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and implementing skilled nursing interventions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, community-based environment.
