Registered Nurse - Mudon Clinic (ENT Clinic)

Outpatient Care provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in an outpatient facility or clinic. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Being as Outpatient Registered Nurse care assists physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. 

• Work with children, ask questions about their health for diagnosis, and document patients' symptoms and medical history for the doctor


• Assess children’s needs and provide initial care


• Administer medications, draw blood, and give childhood vaccinations following age-appropriate guidelines


• Monitor temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure, ensuring accurate record-keeping


• Evaluate children for signs and symptoms of abuse and escalate concerns as appropriate


• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments


• Respond to life-saving situations in line with nursing standards and protocol


• Deliver a high standard of evidence-based care to patients at King’s College Hospital (KCH).


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ needs on an ongoing basis


• Ensure patients and their relatives are updated regularly with accurate and sensitive information


• Deal with the anxieties and demands of parents and help families cope with their child’s illness or injury


• Support patients, caretakers, and relatives, involving them in care where appropriate


• Provide health education to promote healthy lifestyles


• Have due regard for each patient’s cultural and religious beliefs, respecting privacy, dignity, gender, and sexuality


• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times


• Perform any additional duties reasonably assigned by the organization or line manager, even if not explicitly listed in this job description, to meet operational needs and support specific objectives of your department and organization


• Maintain confidentiality of all organizational, patient, client, and employee information in accordance with policies and laws

• UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA)


• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Degree in Nursing (minimum two years course duration) And Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.


• Has worked in hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years


• Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to manage digital documentation and communication effectively
