Registered Nurse-Private Healthcare Facility

In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care in a private setting, focusing on personalized patient attention and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient health, creating and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing care to enhance patient recovery.

As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the highest standards of care tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain detailed records of care provided.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring patient reactions and outcomes.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, recovery processes, and wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and infection control regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on best practices in nursing care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment skills with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, private healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in a private healthcare facility is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
