Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in client relationship management or real estate sales
Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset with high attention to service quality
Experience using CRM systems and managing client data
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet retention targets
Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
