Position :Relationship Manager

Job Roles & Responsibility

· Supporting clients in buying properties with direct and indirect channels.

· Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)

· Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.

· Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning

· Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)

· Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transaction.

· Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.

· Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.

· Staying Informed on the UAE Real Estate Industry.

Salary is open to discuss

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
