Job Description:

The Relationship Manager, GCC will drive portfolio and revenue growth across GCC markets by developing strong client relationships and identifying new, cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role owns client engagement and commercial performance while coordinating internally to deliver effective solutions and resolve client needs.

Responsibilities:

 

• Own and grow assigned client relationships across the GCC region, ensuring strong retention, customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth across GCC markets through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a healthy GCC sales pipeline, converting opportunities into successful sales against agreed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Manage portfolio performance and P&L, identifying opportunities to optimize and grow revenue.
• Understand client needs across GCC markets and effectively position Network International’s products, solutions and value-added services.
• Act as the primary client escalation point, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and strong service delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance and Projects to develop and deliver effective client solutions.
• Maintain strong awareness of GCC market and competitive developments, conduct regular client reviews and travel across GCC markets as required.
