Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Creative Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of brand development and visual storytelling. As the Creative Director, you will oversee the creative process, guide the creative team, and ensure that all creative output aligns with the company's goals, values, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the creative team to produce innovative and high-quality visual content.

• Develop and implement creative strategies for campaigns, branding, and product launches.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

• Present creative concepts and ideas to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new creative techniques and technologies into the team's work.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and creative staff, helping them grow in their roles.

• Oversee the development and execution of creative projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field (Masters is a plus).

• Proven experience 4 years as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar leadership role in a creative environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative expertise in branding, advertising, and design.

• Proven experience dealing with government sectors

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
