Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients with oral health issues
• Develop and implement advanced treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices
• Supervise and train junior clinicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other specialists to provide integrated patient care
• Conduct research and contribute to clinical protocols to ensure best practices are followed

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Dentistry, with a specialization in Oral Medicine
• Valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience, with a focus on oral medicine
• Proven leadership skills and experience in a senior consulting role
• Exceptional knowledge of oral health disorders and treatment modalities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered focus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex cases
• Commitment to continuous learning and quality patient care improvement
