This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Dashboard + Growth in United Arab Emirates.
This role leads two critical engineering squads focused on Dashboard and Growth, driving both product adoption and customer success. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to influence product direction, ensure scalable architecture, and deliver high-impact features. The position requires mentoring engineers, balancing urgency with quality, and partnering with product, design, and GTM teams to turn vision into reality. You will oversee onboarding flows, analytics dashboards, and other growth initiatives that directly affect customer engagement and satisfaction. This is an ideal role for a seasoned engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys shaping both team culture and technical outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineers across Dashboard and Growth squads, fostering high performance and technical excellence.
- Translate product vision into actionable, high-quality deliverables while balancing scale, reliability, and performance.
- Provide architectural guidance and participate in technical decision-making, ensuring clarity and maintainable solutions.
- Drive teams to operate with focus, speed, and intentional trade-offs, while upholding high execution standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities.
- Oversee development of onboarding flows, feature discovery, engagement tools, and analytics dashboards that enhance user value.
- Monitor team performance metrics and iterate on processes to continuously improve delivery, predictability, and quality.
- 5+ years managing and scaling agile software engineering teams with proven experience in developing engineering talent.
- 10+ years building large-scale web applications, preferably in SaaS, with strong cloud, distributed systems, and customer-facing experience.
- Hands-on technical expertise to assess architectural trade-offs, delivery risks, and influence team decisions.
- Experience driving teams to deliver high-quality features predictably, improving velocity over time.
- Strong product sensibility with experience in product discovery, delivery, and iterative improvement.
- Outstanding communication skills to align teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Growth mindset with ability to adapt to ambiguity, pivot when necessary, and motivate teams to own outcomes.
- Preferred: familiarity with Go, TypeScript/React, backend APIs, data-intensive dashboards, PLG initiatives, and SaaS security/privacy frameworks.
- Competitive salary range: $177,000 – $235,000 USD, based on experience and location.
