Description

We are looking for a service-obsessed Residences Manager whose instincts have been shaped on the floor of a 5-star hotel. This role sits at the intersection of luxury hospitality and premium residential living — where residents expect the polish of a hotel and the privacy of a home. You will lead the entire resident experience lifecycle, from first move-in impression through to daily engagement, issue resolution, and community feel. Your background in front-of-house management is your primary asset here; this is a role where how you make people feel matters as much as what you get done. 



Requirements
  • Own the end-to-end resident experience — from pre-arrival welcome calls and move-in coordination to ongoing daily touchpoints that make residents feel genuinely looked after 
  • Lead, coach, and develop the front desk, concierge, and resident services team to deliver consistent 5-star service standards across all shifts 
  • Conduct regular resident interactions — in person, by phone, and in writing — in both Arabic and English with equal fluency and warmth 
  • Handle resident requests, complaints, and escalations with the same urgency and professionalism expected in a luxury hotel environment 
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations including reception coverage, visitor management, parcel handling, valet coordination, and concierge services 
  • Manage move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless, well-communicated experience for residents and contractors alike 
  • Monitor and uphold community appearance, common area presentation, and service provider performance to brand standards 
  • Coordinate with FM, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure resident-facing issues are resolved swiftly and communicated proactively 
  • Design and deliver resident engagement initiatives — community events, seasonal touches, welcome amenities — that elevate the living experience 
  • Track resident feedback, identify recurring pain points, and implement service improvements with measurable outcomes 
  • Support the leasing and handover team during new unit releases, ensuring brand-consistent presentations and documentation
