Resident Engineer - Stormwater

• Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Inspectors, and Surveyors.

• Act as the Engineer’s representative during construction of the Works.

• Manage and coordinate daily site activities with the Contractor.
  Monitor and inspect construction works for compliance with contract requirements.

• Issue instructions to correct non-conforming works, materials or equipment.

• Review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, material submissions and as-built drawings.

• Advise on variations, claims, and contractor payments.

• Monitor progress and report actual vs planned performance.

• Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, clients, and authorities.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and review safety reports, incidents, and near misses.

• Chair site meetings and ensure timely communication and approvals.

• Participate in contract administration and support project delivery.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in design, construction supervision and management of major roads, stormwater and infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration & management, quality assurance and statistical quality control practices.

• Proficiency in engineering and construction management software, reporting systems and computer applications.

What desired skills you'll bring:

• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional certification preferred.
