Residential Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

As an Residential Sales Consultant with Meem Homes, you will:

• Proactively negotiate and manage property transactions, from initial enquiry to contract closure, including exclusive instructions and marketing.
• Uphold the Meem Homes brand image by providing a consistently professional and motivated presence within the team.
• Liaise with clients to sell residential properties, while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and business development.
• Meet monthly targets as directed by management and maintain compliance with RERA standards.
• Keep on top of market trends and best practices, and stay updated on local and national property laws.
• Ensure timely attendance for all business commitments, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A college or degree-level education (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Dubai property market (commercial or residential), with a valid RERA license.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, backed by a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license with own car
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with confident presentation abilities.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends, to provide optimal client service.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
