Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting, and guidance to GS Realtime users across departments. Collaborate with IT and system vendor to resolve technical issues, implement system updates and improvements. Support reporting and innovation department to deliver custom reports, dashboards and utilization metrics utilizing GS Realtime data. Participate in end-to-end testing and validation of new features or integrations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to resource data. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a GS Realtime Superuser/Administrator. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Systems (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in resource management or operations optimization. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and system accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment, supporting multiple teams and priorities
