Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and set up waiting lists, maintaining a smooth flow of guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menu overviews when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate timely seating and service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Assist with setting up the dining area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and ingredients, to answer guests' questions.
• Support the restaurant team in various duties as needed to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess/host in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
