Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily
  operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
  
• Lead, motivate, and oversee restaurant
  staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  
• Assist in training new employees and
  providing ongoing coaching to team members.
  
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and
  service to meet company standards.
  
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and
  sanitation regulations.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve
  complaints promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of
  the restaurant environment.
  
• Support inventory management and assist
  with ordering supplies as needed.
  
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and
  managing labor costs.
  
• Promote a positive work environment and
  teamwork among staff.
  
• Support management in achieving sales
  targets and operational goals.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food service or
  hospitality, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal
  skills.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge of health and safety
  regulations.
  
• Good organizational and multitasking
  abilities.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
  and holidays as required.
