Restorative Dentist-Private Sector

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Restorative Dentist to join a leading private sector healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, performing restorative procedures, and delivering exceptional dental care tailored to the needs of private sector patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of oral health care, while providing personalized treatment plans that enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and diagnostics in a private sector setting.
• Perform restorative dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, and other treatments.
• Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort throughout procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in compliance with private sector regulations.
• Collaborate with dental specialists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Valid dental license to practice in the private healthcare sector.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in restorative dentistry within a private sector or similar environment.
• Strong clinical skills in performing a wide range of restorative procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
