JobDescription
Develop andexecute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overallbusiness objectives.
Drive the development andlaunch of new products considering market trends and consumerpreferences in the food sector.
Planand implement retail marketing campaigns and promotions to increasefoot traffic and drive sales.
Collaborate withthe marketing team to create engaging instore displays andpromotional materials.
Conduct marketresearch to identify opportunities for product positioning andpricing strategies.
Analyze competitor productsand pricing to ensure the competitiveness of our foodofferings.
Work closely withcrossfunctional teams to enhance the overall customer experiencewithin retail outlets.
Implement initiatives toimprove customer satisfaction loyalty and repeatbusiness.
Collaborate with the supplychain and inventory management teams toensure.
Monitor and analyze inventoryperformance to minimize waste and maximizeprofitability.
Establish and maintainstrong relationships with food suppliers to ensure a consistent andhighquality product assortment.
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of brandstrategies and promotional activities.
Prepareregular reports on key performance indicators and provide insightsfor continuous improvement.
Developand manage budgets for retail branding and promotionalactivities.
Ensure efficient use of resourceswhile achieving desired businessoutcomes.
About therequirements
Experience in retailmarketing with a focus on brand management.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementingretail marketing strategies.
Strong verbal andwritten communication skills to articulate marketing plans presentfindings and effectively communicate with internal and externalstakeholders.
Bachelors degree in marketingBusiness or a related field.
