Retail Sales Executive

JobSummary

• Receive the customer and engage withthe customer to understand the customer’srequirement.
• Introduce various product offeringto the customers and facilitate customer buyingdecision.
• Prepare the estimate of the productsselected and completing the salestransaction.
• Achieve category wise sales targetfor the allocated section.
• Count and maintainthe account of stock daily by managing the record of the openingstock and closing stock in the sectionallocated.
• Monitor the stock in the section andensure adequate stock for sales.
• Report thesold sock in the section for reordering to the sales manager fortimely stock replenishment.
• Monitor the deadstock and liaison with the store manager to minimise thesame.
• Responsible for proper and attractivedisplay of the products at the appropriate counter followinghygienic standards.
• Transfer the stock to thelocker at the close of the day; maintain safety of jewellerydisplayed to customers and communicate promptly to the
  

superiors about any potentialtheft.

• Understand thequeries and complaints from the customer and address with rightsolution.
• Provide support to the marketing teamfor potential customer visits andexhibitions.
• Identify potential customers andreferring them to the store.
• Adhere to costsaving practices undertaken in thestore.
• Develop and maintain relationship andnetwork with competitors to leverage leading practices &learning to improve store level processes.
