Retail Store Manager

Our client is a global retail company operating in seven countries (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Algeria, Morocco, and Sudan) and managing a diverse portfolio of B2C food brands. We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for their growing team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Requirements Job Requirements

• Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit & amount sales, profitability, and UPT
• Analyze data to create the best strategies for the store
• Overview of all operational and administrative tasks
• Provide the most appropriate service to customer expectations and constantly take actions to improve customer satisfaction

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail
• Excellent spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to work in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Problem-solving and a positive attitude are a must
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
