Job Description - Retention Floor Manager - Dubai

Our client is a well-established, regulated Forex and CFD brokerage with a growing international presence. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Retention Floor Manager to lead and develop a high-performing retention team based in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader with a proven background in regulated financial services and client retention.

Lead, motivate and manage a team of Retention Agents to achieve and exceed KPIs.

Drive client retention, deposits and trading activity through effective coaching and performance management.

Monitor daily team performance, call quality and productivity.

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Develop strategies to maximise client lifetime value and retention rates.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with Sales, Compliance, CRM and Management teams.

Produce regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Recruit, train and onboard new team members as required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience managing a Retention team within a regulated Forex or CFD brokerage.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proven track record of consistently achieving retention and revenue targets.

Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.

In-depth understanding of the client lifecycle and retention strategies.

Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Fluent English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
