Talentspoc is on the lookout for an experienced Retina Surgeon to join our growing ophthalmology department. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating a variety of retinal conditions while providing compassionate care to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and macular degeneration.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures such as vitrectomy and laser treatments.
• Provide thorough pre-operative evaluations and postoperative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and retinal health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient care.
• Engage in clinical research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship training in Retina Surgery.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology is strongly preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in retinal surgery.
• Proficiency in the latest surgical techniques and technologies in retina care.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
