As an Revenue Manager, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
Job Responsibilities:
a- Monitors the Agents’ calls to ensure correct sales tactics are used and quality service is provided
b- Best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
c- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
d- Ensure all sales and reservations are performed with adherence to the policies and procedures of the property. Apply revenue management strategies.
Job Requirements:
a-4 Years’ Experience In Reservation
b- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
