In this key role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients suffering from a range of rheumatologic disorders. Your expertise will not only help in diagnosing and treating these conditions but also in educating patients about their health and treatment options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to diagnose rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and psoriatic arthritis.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating the latest medical advancements and evidence-based approaches.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as joint injections and musculoskeletal ultrasound when necessary.
• Guidance and support for patients and families in managing chronic conditions and navigating their treatment journeys.
• Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure patient-centered care.
• Participate in clinical research to enhance treatment methodologies and contribute to published studies.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and keep up with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring their comfort and trust.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Rheumatology is essential
• Active medical license in the practicing state
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in rheumatology
• Comprehensive understanding of rheumatic diseases and treatments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset to effectively work with healthcare teams
• Commitment to professional growth and continued medical education
• Fluency in English; proficiency in any other languages is a bonus
