Rotating Equipment (Lead Design Engineer , Senior Design Engineer / Rotating Design Engineer )

We are looking for talented and motivated Rotating Equipment professionals to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. Open positions include Lead Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in engineering design, familiarity with international codes and standards, and proven experience working on Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities (based on role):

• Lead Design Engineer

• Lead and supervise rotating equipment engineering design activities.

• Review and approve design deliverables, specifications, datasheets, and calculations for rotating machinery.

• Provide technical guidance to the engineering team and ensure coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, and international codes (API, ASME, ISO).

• Liaise with vendors for technical evaluations, bid clarifications, and equipment selection.

• Proficiency in relevant design software with experience in API-based tools and engineering analysis packages.

• Senior Design Engineer / Rotating Design Engineer 

• Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, datasheets, and reports for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, etc.).

• Perform technical calculations and ensure the accuracy of engineering deliverables.

• Support the Lead Engineer in technical reviews, vendor interactions, and client coordination.

• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas project requirements, safety standards, and ADNOC specifications.

• Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software for rotating equipment engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Lead Engineer: Minimum 12–15 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Senior Engineer: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Prior experience on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ISO).

• Excellent communication, vendor coordination, and teamwork skills.
