As a Runner you will be essential in ensuring smooth and efficient service in our dining areas. Your attention to detail and dedication to exceptional hospitality will elevate the guest experience in our sophisticated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Culinary Team: Assist in delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Guest Interaction: Provide a welcoming presence, engaging with guests and addressing any inquiries to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized, clearing tables and managing waste to uphold our luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate service and communicate effectively during busy periods.
• Inventory Assistance: Help monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed to support smooth operations.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
