Safety Advisor

We are seeking a qualified Safety Advisor on a six months temporary project in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to safety protocols and procedures within the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the oil and gas sector.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Valid UAE residency or work permit.
• Must be in UAE
