Safety Inspectors (Civil Construction)

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Inspector (Civil Construction) in Fujairah, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HSE inspections across construction sites.
  
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
  
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
  
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain HSE compliance.
  
• Maintain safety documentation and inspection records.
  

Required Skills

• Occupational Health & Safety – Strong knowledge of workplace safety principles.
  
• HSE Standards & Regulations – Ability to implement and monitor compliance.
  
• NEBOSH/IOSH – Preferred certification for construction safety.
  
• Risk Assessment – Ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
  
• Construction Safety – Experience working on civil construction projects.
  

Preferred Skills

• Industrial safety exposure.
  
• Safety audit experience.
  
• Emergency response planning.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or related sectors. Experience in civil construction environments is essential. Candidates with Indian construction experience are also eligible to apply.

Education

• Minimum: Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
  
• Preferred: NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification.
  
• Additional: Other recognised HSE certifications.
