Sales Account Manager

A minimum of bachelor’s degree ina relevant field such as business administration, marketing, sales,economics, or a related discipline is commonlypreferred.

· Prior experience instaffing industry preferred.

· 5+years of experience with a proven track record of sales andcontract staffing

· Arabic speaking isa mandate

· Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectiveinteraction with clients andcolleagues.

· Relationship-buildingskills to establish and maintain strong clientrelationships.

· Negotiation skillsfor contract discussions and closingdeals.

· Problem-solving abilities toaddress client concerns and findsolutions.

· Analytical skills tounderstand client needs and markettrends.

· Proficiency in usingcustomer relationship management (CRM) software to manage accountsand track interactions.

· Familiaritywith sales and marketing tools for lead generation andtracking.

· Proactive andself-motivated attitude to drive sales and meettargets.

· Resilience and the abilityto handle rejection, as sales roles can involve a degree ofuncertainty.

· Empathy and stronginterpersonal skills to understand client needs and buildrapport.
