Job Description - Sales Account Manager

Overview:

MEFITPRO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account/Key Account Manager to join our team in the Gym Equipment Division and will extend his/her expertise on our other verticals as well Education, Sports Nutrition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships within the wellness/hospitality/property developers segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the gym equipment sector.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, including gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, and related businesses, to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of gym equipment and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows as required to promote products and represent the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of gym equipment and fitness solutions, with knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly motivated, with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. Exposure to designing software like CAD, EC design is highly advantageous.
