JOB SUMMARY SALESADMIN

As a Sales Admin you will beresponsible for providing support for sales activities. The idealcandidate should have a previous work experience as Admin or AdminAssistant in a busy environment.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibleto provide support to the management team within the companys salesdepartment.
• Tele sales and processing ordersvisa calls and messages.
• Monitor and respond toour customers inquiries on the digital platforms including Whatsappand Instagram.
• Communicate important feedbackfrom customers internally.
• Responsible foraccurately and timely preparing sales orders booking order formsand other data entry tasks.
• Maintain differentcustomer samples upon receiving from thesupplier.
• Follow up with customers and closeorders.

SKILLS ANDREQUIREMENTS

• 12 years workexperience supporting the sales or operationsdepartments.
• Organization and time managementskills
• Proactive hard working andresponsible
• Highly motivated and can work underpressure
• Good communication and inter personalskills
• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice

Working days: Mondayto Saturday

Job Type:Fulltime

Pay: Up to AED3000.00 permonth
