JOB SUMMARY SALESADMIN
As a Sales Admin you will beresponsible for providing support for sales activities. The idealcandidate should have a previous work experience as Admin or AdminAssistant in a busy environment.
DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibleto provide support to the management team within the companys salesdepartment.
- Tele sales and processing ordersvisa calls and messages.
- Monitor and respond toour customers inquiries on the digital platforms including Whatsappand Instagram.
- Communicate important feedbackfrom customers internally.
- Responsible foraccurately and timely preparing sales orders booking order formsand other data entry tasks.
- Maintain differentcustomer samples upon receiving from thesupplier.
- Follow up with customers and closeorders.
SKILLS ANDREQUIREMENTS
- 12 years workexperience supporting the sales or operationsdepartments.
- Organization and time managementskills
- Proactive hard working andresponsible
- Highly motivated and can work underpressure
- Good communication and inter personalskills
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice
Working days: Mondayto Saturday
Job Type:Fulltime
Pay: Up to AED3000.00 permonth
