The incumbent helps the salesrepresentatives improve their productivity by supporting them withany task related administrative duties.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales Support:

  • Support andassist fellow team members / departments as and when needed to meetcompany / department goals.
  • Prepare sales orderchecklist.
  • Identify problems and address it tothe team leader.
  • Effectively presentinformation and respond to questions fromcolleagues.

Generate NewLeads:

  • Respond to anyinquiries regarding the department andtask.

Material &Supply Inventory:

  • Ensurethat there is sufficient inventory of sales materials and suppliesand ensure that all sales representatives have an adequateinventory of these materialsonhand.

Documentation:

  • PrepareLetters of Warranty Undertaking Offer Validity Extensionetc.
  • Ensure all FOC sales orders must haveSales Supervisor/Division Managersapprovals.
  • Check that the Bidbond Performancebond etc. are arranged as per the requirements of thecustomer.

Database:

  • Maintain database of thequotation/tenders/other documentations file in the company shareddrive for easy and quickreferences.

Tenders andQuotations:

  • Responsible tosubmit quotations and tenders before its closing date with all thedocuments attached that are required by thecustomer.
  • Quote and submit quotations online incoordination and approval from the salesteam.
  • Follow up with customer to know progress/ status on the quotations andTenders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:Bachelors degree
  • Additionaldetails:
    • Candidate should be willingto move to Company Visa
    • Candidate should bebased in theUAE
  • Experience:3 4 years of experience
  • Job SpecificSkills: Procurement Supply Chain POsLPOs
