Job Description for Sales Administration Position
Basic Requirements:
• Experience : More than 1 year experience Sales Administration role
Skills
• Intermediate skill of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills both written and verbal
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to priorities.
• Assist customers with any queries and manage accordingly
• Raise quotations when enquiries for pricing and availability are received
• Sales Order Processing skills
• Processing orders Answer product questions
• Capabilities to work with multi- tasks whilst meeting deadlines
• Process oriented & have basic problem solving.
• Numeric and mathematical sense.
• Enable to communicate with multinational members who are from all over the world.
• Enable to communicate with multinational customers and group companies.
• Be flexible and able to accomplish temporary assignment from management.
Job Description
• Provide the necessary support to the field sales team such Quotation, product details,
cost, shipment schedule etc.
• Receiving customer PO, check and proceeding PO into system
• Handle the processing of all orders and shipment with accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to emails, inquiries, complaints from customers and give them support
• Filing, register and recording company product, information, important documents
• Store and sort Sales admin document and data in electronic form and present or reports if
required
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing for any special request
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
