Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to comprehend their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Facilitate property viewings and develop compelling presentations to help clients make informed decisions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and strategies to enhance sales.
• Negotiate contracts and transactions while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with marketing teams to effectively promote properties.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• RERA registration is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Extensive knowledge of property sales, market trends, and customer service principles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM platforms.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
