Sales Agent/ Real Estate with Experienced

AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Agents to join our dedicated team in the thriving real estate market of Dubai. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and possess excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in Selling offplan and dealing secondary Real estate units.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends and competitive properties.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and finalize transactions while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to successfully promote properties through various channels.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.

• RERA registered is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, particularly in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of property valuation, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
