Sales Agent-Real Estate

AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Agents to join our vibrant team specializing in the real estate market. As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their dream properties and facilitate real estate transactions in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across key UAE locations,
• Conduct property viewings and site visits, ensuring compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
• Stay up to date with UAE real estate trends, price movements, and project launches from top developers.
• Build and maintain a strong client database of buyers, tenants, landlords, and investors (local and international)
• Negotiate sale and rental terms .
• Collaborate with listing teams to ensure accurate and timely marketing of available properties
• Follow up with leads, provide market advice, and guide clients through the full sales cycle—from inquiry to handover
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times

• 5 + years hands on experience in real estate sales within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and the Dubai Land Department procedures
• Familiarity with property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong sales, lead generation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Positive attitude, presentable, and professional appearance
