Sales Area Manager

• Lead and support the salesreps’ activities, including definition ofmonthly/quarterly orders and shipments target and commissionscheme
• Developing solid business relationshipswith existing and new customers, becoming the point of referencefor the Lower Gulf market
• Negotiate commercialagreement with Top & T3customers
• Coordinate the marketingactivities/implementation with the team
• Pointof reference for partnership program to generate synergies on frameand lenses categories
• Forecasting activitiesweekly/monthly by customer/Channe
• Coordinatebudget processes.
  

YourQualifications:

• Drive profitable and sustainablegrowth of the frame business (Sunglasses/Optical) on Domestic andTop accounts customers in Lower Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain,Oman).
• Leading, supporting, and motivating thesales reps’ team to drive revenue and achieve salestarget.
• Support and coordinate the activitiesof the trade/marketing, credit and after salesdepartments.
• Managing the internal process offorecasting and budgeting.
