Sales Assistant - Arabic Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Attends and records customer requests.
• Establishes new and maintains existing relationships with customersand agents.
• Respond to and follow up salesinquiries by email telephone.
• Supports theSales Manager with quotations and contracts.
• Keeps constantly apprised of the economic / business situationswithin the MENA region.
• Market studies andbusiness cases to measure potential &development.
• Recording and maintaining clientcontact details.
• Market research oncompetitors
• Assists in resolving accountspayable invoice discrepancies and variances withcustomers.
• Performs other related duties andassignments asrequired.

Requirements:

• BSc Degree (preferred)
• Minimum 3 yearsexperience as a sales assistant
• Resilience andtenacity
• Driver license
• Computer skills MS Office applications and General ERPunderstanding
• Age between 2540
• Native in spoken and writtenArabic
• Highly proficient in spoken and writtenEnglish
