Are you a good match?

You have previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-centric environment, and you are passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural sense of elegance and service. Clienteling and relationship building come naturally to you, and you enjoy creating long-term connections with clients.

Curious and eager to learn, you have a genuine interest in High Jewelry, craftsmanship, and the story behind the Maison. You are also a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will contribute to the boutique’s success by delivering an elevated and personalized client experience while supporting the achievement of sales targets.
 

Your main responsibilities will include:
    •    Developing long-term relationships with clients through personalized clienteling activities.
    •    Contributing actively to boutique sales performance and achieving individual action plans.
    •    Sharing the story, heritage, and creations of the Maison with passion and authenticity.
    •    Assisting clients with after-sales services including repairs, pick-ups, and personalized services.
    •    Collaborating closely with the boutique team to create a seamless and memorable in-store journey.
    •    Participating in boutique events and Maison activations when required.
