Job Description - Sales Associate

  • Ensures a unique and exceptionalclient experience during a sale.
  • Mastersperfectly the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand,convince, close and develop).
  • Adapts accordingto client(s) needs and motivations.
  • Strives toalways improve and surprise theclient(s).
  • Deals with ease during negotiationsand objections.
  • Transmits the passion andvalues of the Maison.
  • Acts as the privilegedcontact for the client(s) in case of AfterSales.
  • Meets individual and boutique targets,both quantitative and qualitative.


    • Client Relationship& PortfolioDevelopment
    • Cultivates strongclient relationships and develops clientloyalty.
    • Efficiently develops the clientportfolio.
    • Executes targeted CRMactions.
    • Participates to client events and actsas an Ambassador of theMaison.
