Plan andcomplete weekly rotas for all employees in your Focusing onlogistics, efficiency and staff moral to ensure the best rota s are
Workclosely alongside your Registered Manager to ensure all serviceusers requests are met wherepossible
Work closely with other Team Managers to ensure business needs aremet in a consistent Treating all people with
Support tocover all visits on rota as live issues Communicating clearly withstaff to help manage wellbeing and ensure Service Users and Staffremain safe under our
Monitor andrespond in an efficient and responsive fashion to differentcommunication
