We are a Travel Destination Management Company and an online premium ecommerce marketplace operating in the UAE. We offer exclusive deals in the UAE providing a one-stop, one-click shop complete with luxury experiences, lifestyle services, travel management solutions and destination expertise worldwide.
Job Fulfilment:
· Onboard Corporate Companies / Government Entities / Private Entity / Travel Agents
· Generate New Leads / Corporate / Travel Agents / Customer.
· Knowledgeable in GCC Market with existing consumer base.
· Increase product and destination knowledge throughout the travel industry for assigned territory/market segments.
· Knowledgeable in handling and coordinating MICE, Events and Exhibitions.
· Negotiate contracts and build strong relationship with our partners, vendors and suppliers at convenient cost and reasonable agreement.
· Complete Account Management from Cold Calling, Direct Meetings, Onboarding Procedure to End-to-End Account Management.
· Conduct market research and product offerings from the latest trends and new features.
· Manage the monthly activities and reporting for contracted in-market representation Account Managers in assigned UAE or International markets.
· Attend to networking Events / Exhibitions or Travel Trade and Training programs.
· Maintain strong relationship with existing clients, vendors to ensure they are retained.
· Follow up with partners, vendors and merchant negotiations, proposals, and sales close.
· Exceed volume sales, monitor leads and performance-based goals while working independently.
· First point of contact for key local partners, answer queries, resolve issues and aid as needed.
· Conduct daily/weekly rate assessment, inventory and availability checks online.
· Create a pipeline of leads for regular tracking and closure.
· Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
· Prepare sales forecasting and planning quarterly.
· Assists in any additional tasks and projects when needed.
Performance Targets:
· Daily visits to assigned industry/region with minimum 05 meeting appointments a day.
· Onboard minimum 07 new corporates partners monthly. Strong retention rate of 80% current accounts.
· Conduct feedback from existing partners for further improvement of service delivery.
· Candidate will be given commission, promotion and bonuses if the targets are met within the company KPIs policy.
Skills:
· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong presentation & negotiation skills with pleasing personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment.
· Ambitious, team-player, possesses positive attitude, self-motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, demonstrates initiative, and able to multitask.
· Ability to organize own schedule efficiently, pro-active and can work independently.
· Ability to convince partners on the phone to implement suggestions and service recommendations.
· Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical and an eye for detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools - Outlook, Excel, Work, Power point.
· Previous experience with DMC, Events, Hospitality or Travel industry is a must.
· Arabic / German / Spanish Language is an added advantage.
· Holding a valid driver’s license and strong GCC market knowledge is an advantage.
