Are you passionate aboutautomotive spare parts and accessories? We are seeking a dedicatedWholesale Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotalmember of our organization, you will be responsible for drivingSpare Parts and Accessories sales to our wholesale Partscustomers.
What You WillDo
- Manageand exceed Parts sales targets according to the strategicplan.
- Develop Parts sales volumes within yourdesignated area.
- Provide exceptional customerservice by assisting wholesale account customers in selecting therequired Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, andefficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy inquotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts orspecial prices as per standard operatingprocedures.
- Proactively follow up on Partsback-orders to keep customers informed of status and ensure timelydelivery.
- Oversee Warehouse Management& Operations, meticulously verifying consignment accuracywith all related documentation beforeshipment.
- Address customer complaints promptly,ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently, and they receivevalue for their investment.
Required Skills To BeSuccessful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeproducts and familiarity with Dealership Management Systems andother relevant computer applications.
- Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effectiveinteraction with customers and internalstakeholders.
- Strong relationship-buildingabilities, cultivating and maintaining warm and friendly rapportwith customers.

What Equips You For TheRole
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience inautomotive or equipment spare parts, with a focus on HeavyCommercial Vehicles, industrial products, and ConstructionEquipment.
- Bachelor’s degree ordiploma in any discipline orequivalent.
