Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Coordinate all vehicle deliveriesfor each day. Ensure that vehicles are sent to the workshop forcleaning and servicing; ensure accessories are fitted as perspecifications from the customers and that the vehicle is preparedfor delivery with zero errors andomissions.
Ensure timely and completedocumentation pertaining to the registration of vehicles whichinclude insurance, number plates, VCC documents, Invoicing, SalesLetters and Gate Passes, etc., to ensure a smooth salesprocess.
Coordinate with Drivers to ensure thatall Demo cars are cleaned, fuelled, and thoroughly checked and keptready for test drives for the day.
Conductphysical and System Inventory Checks on a daily basis to informBranch Sales Managers and Sales Executives of availablestocks.
Oversee display of Vehicles in thelocation to ensure these are displayed as per requiredstandards.
